STORY
Introducing The Dean Shirt, a wardrobe essential with unique, deep indigo fabric that’s both soft and versatile. Made from 6.5 oz natural indigo twill by Japan’s legendary Kurabo Mill, this shirt promises timeless style with the authentic fading Kurabo’s known for. The enzyme garment wash gives it a lived-in feel from day one, so it’s ready for any occasion, casual or refined. This limited edition piece brings together Japanese denim heritage with an American classic silhouette.
PROCESS
Each shirt is carefully crafted in a family-owned San Francisco factory, passing through 10 hand-operated sewing machines to ensure quality. Post-sewing, the shirt receives an enzyme and softener wash in Los Angeles, enhancing comfort and reducing shrinkage.
SUSTAINABILITY
Crafted from 100% cotton natural indigo twill, The Dean Shirt represents responsible sourcing and craftsmanship. Kurabo Mill’s natural dye processes reflect a commitment to sustainable fabric production, while local manufacturing in the USA helps minimize transport emissions. This shirt’s durability and timeless design also mean it’s built to last, promoting mindful consumption and a lower environmental footprint.
