Orders placed before 4pm Monday through Friday will typically ship same day, barring carrier restrictions and unforeseeable difficulties.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a holiday will typically be processed the next business day.
Deliveries are made by carriers Monday through Friday (except Holidays) unless otherwise indicated.
Expedited shipping is available to select at checkout and rates are generated and determined by individual carriers on a case-by-case basis.

Return / Exchange Policy
In-Store Return Policy
We will be glad to refund or exchange any new and unused full-price merchandise. In order to receive a full refund to the original tender on items returned, the item(s) must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase; (ii) with proof of purchase; and (iii) in the original packaging where applicable.
Price adjustments on previous purchases are not permitted.
